Kevin Knopf is the Division Chief of the Hematology/Oncology of Alameda Health Systems, an Associate Professor of Pharmacoeconomics at the University of South Carolina, and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCSF. Both a practicing medical oncologist and a seasoned Health economist/health services researcher specializing in value-based cancer care, he has a passion for bridging the gap between patients and health. He strongly believes in using digital technology is the right way to solve this problem. As the medical advisor of CareXc, Dr. Knopf is helping the CareXc team in using a Platform built with CareXc’s patented technology to solve this problem.

Knopf earned his medical degree from UCSF, an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. He is also an author of more than fifty papers, five book chapters, and one hundred abstracts related to cost-effectiveness and quality of care in Hematology and Oncology. He is well sought after by various academic and other centers and large-scale ongoing projects with PHARMA and payers.
